landline\/mobile telephone number, email address, VAT number and any other information relating to the Customer).<\/p>\n                    <h4><strong style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">PURPOSE OF PROCESSING<\/strong>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/h4>\n                    <p>The processing of personal data is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of the customer's confidentiality and rights, and is carried out for the following purposes:\n                      <br>a. organization and implementation of activities connected and instrumental to the planning, initiation, conclusion and execution of contractual relationships;\n                      <br>b. performance of obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Client;\n                      <br>c. compliance with legal obligations of an administrative, accounting, civil, tax, regulatory, EU and non-EU nature;\n                      <br>d. general management of the customer relationship (acquisition of pre-contractual data and information, contacts, correspondence, orders, deliveries, invoices);\n                      <br>e. litigation management (contractual breach, formal notices, settlements, debt recovery, judicial disputes);\n                      <br>f. carrying out market research, sending advertising material and promotional activities (sending, including via email, information and communications relating to technical and commercial services, value-added services, pre- and post-sale services, new products and promotions), subject to the Customer's consent.<\/p>\n                    <h4><strong style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">PROVISION OF DATA<\/strong><\/h4>\n                    <p>The provision of Data is compulsory and any failure to provide it, or its partial or inaccurate provision, may result in the impossibility of fulfilling contractual obligations.<\/p>\n                    <h4><strong style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">Consensus<\/strong><\/h4>\n                    <p>Consent given for carrying out market research, sending advertising material and promotional activities can be revoked at any time pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n                    <h4><strong style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">METHODS OF PROCESSING<\/strong><\/h4>\n                    <p>The processing is carried out using manual and\/or IT and telematic tools with organisational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided for by current provisions. The Customer's Personal Data are processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the fulfilment of all civil and tax legal obligations.<\/p>\n                    <h4><strong style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">Data transfer<\/strong><\/h4>\n                    <p>The data is not transferred outside the European Union, but the Data Controller reserves the right to change the location of the servers even outside the European Union, ensuring in such case that the transfer will take place in compliance with the provisions and with the appropriate legal safeguards.<\/p>\n                    <h4><strong style=\"font-family: Poppins;\">DATA RETENTION<\/strong><\/h4>\n                    <p>The processing and storage of data take place on servers located within the European Union, where applicable also at third-party companies appointed and duly designated as Data Processors.
